Though Dick initially seemed excited at the prospect, he manages a sigh. It's important, he thinks, to address any lingering concerns. Unlike Bruce, he doesn't expect everyone under his command to roll with every plan, no questions asked. He believes that with Hana especially, no stone should be left unturned. No surprises. ]
I know this would all be a lot easier if my operatives better-trained in combat were available.
But currently, they're outside of Gotham, stopping the Magistrate's spread elsewhere.
